Deirdre Casey is Director of Zest at work. With a background in high pressure sales environments, she recognised the need for easy to implement stress management solutions in the workplace. Deirdre launched Zest at work in 2010 and since then we have had the pleasure of working with all manner of workplaces in the Dublin area but indeed throughout Ireland.
Deirdre is an experienced Holistic Therapist (Senior College Dun Laoghaire) with over a decade of experience. She is qualified in ergonomic assessment (London School of Osteopathy) and stress management as well as being a qualified coach (Kingstown College) and holds a postgraduate in Transversal Skills, Design Thinking and Creativity (UCD/TU Dublin).

Once on-site our therapists are self-sufficient and run the service efficiently day after day with minimal distraction for the organiser.
Health and hygiene has always been at the forefront of our minds, and protecting our clients and therapists is our number one priority. Our therapists are fully vaccinated, and our equipment is completely sanitised between use with all public health guidelines fully adhered to.

Our ergonomists are fully qualified and insured and will provide your team members with the tools and information they need to set up a safe and comfortable work area. We are excited to have launched our new coaching service providing one to one coaching sessions. While historically coaching was reserved for high level executives, it has become recognised an amazing tool to help employees at all levels achieve their goals, and for self-development in line with company strategy and planning.
